Questions and answers

How do I make bingo cards?

Pick Numbers 1–75 for classic bingo, or Custom words and type one word or phrase per line. Choose the grid size, how many cards you need, a title and a colour, then press Download PDF and print it. There's no signup and no watermark, and your words stay in your browser.

Are all cards different?

Yes. No two cards in a game have the same squares in the same places: each new card is checked against the earlier ones and made again if it matches. Number cards follow the 75-ball columns: B 1–15, I 16–30, N 31–45, G 46–60 and O 61–75. With a short word list, the tool tells you the most different cards your words can make.

How many words do I need?

At least one word per square. A 5×5 card needs 25 words, or 24 with a free centre. A 4×4 card needs 16. A 3×3 card needs 9, or 8 with a free centre. The list can hold 8 to 500 words of up to 40 characters each. More words than squares make the cards more different from each other.

How do I call the game?

Open the Caller tab and press Call next, Space or Enter for each call. The current call shows large, and the board shows everything called so far. When someone shouts bingo, type their card number under Check a card to see whether they have a full row, column or diagonal. The cards and the calls both come from the game code printed on the cards, so keep that code.

Can I print several cards per page?

Yes. Choose 1, 2 or 4 cards per page, on Letter or A4 paper. One PDF holds up to 500 cards. Each card shows its number (#001) and the game code in the corner, so you can check any card later.

Can I use it for a baby shower or classroom?

Yes. Type words that fit the event, like baby items for a shower or vocabulary words for a class, and add a title such as "Baby shower bingo". A 3×3 or 4×4 grid has fewer squares, which suits young children. Printing 2 or 4 cards per page saves paper for a big group.
